Weekend of the Dead is proud to bring you two days of pure indulgence into your favourite classic Zombie movies like Night of the living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead and Land of the Dead to name but a few.
The day will include the following- autograph sessions, photo shoots with our star guests, cosplay competition, and Q&A sessions with all the guest hosted by Marcus Lewis & Tony Earnshaw.
There is also a stall run by the Weekend of the Dead team selling autographs from many of the Romero movies, DVD & Blu Rays, movie posters, masks, press material, FilmCells, action figures, buttons, statues, soundtracks, audio plays, novels, Star photos, magazines, autographs, T-Shirts and much more will be displayed and available for purchase.
This annual horror and horror film festival began as a three-day event and has grown since to a six-day schedule. Abertoir is Wales' only horror festival and is a member of the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation. As well as screening new big-budget horror films, classic and independent films form a large and important part of the festival line-up. Each year a short film competition is held, which showcases horror and fantasy short films from around the world. In addition to film screenings, the festival regularly features concerts, theatre shows and masterclasses in its line up.
